A New Locations Report, Travel Pay That Follows the Clock, and the Vendor Center in Final Testing

The Report Center adds an Account Locations report and self-assignment reporting, travel time pays by the time of day it happened, and the Vendor Center enters its final round of testing.

Here is what shipped across the Flow Platform this past week, and a look at what is moving closer.

A new Locations report

The Report Center gained an Account Locations report: every service location on file for your accounts, in one exportable list. Operational reporting grew alongside it: the operations status report now shows who outsourced each event, includes location details, drops rows with zero dollar amounts so the report reads cleaner, and the payment column now says exactly what it is: Last payment date.

Self-assignments, now in the Report Center

The platform has always recorded the moment an interpreter picks up an open assignment on their own. What is new: that record is now part of the Report Center, so the admin team can report on self-assignments like any other activity. Pull the dates and times and you can see at a glance which of your vendors are actively using the platform and accepting new work. Adoption stops being a guess, and outreach can go to the interpreters who have not engaged yet.

Billing and pay, more precise

A round of accuracy work landed in billing and compensation:

  • Travel time now follows the clock. When travel compensation depends on the time of day, each leg of the trip is paid at the rate for when it actually happened, an evening drive pays the evening rate, instead of one flat rate stretched across the whole day.
  • One truth for breaks. Breaks recorded digitally are now the single source for both the invoice and the payout, so the bill and the compensation can never disagree about the same break.
  • Actual-time events keep their rounding. Some accounts bill in set steps, say a minimum of one hour and then quarter hours after that. Events billed on the exact time served now still follow those steps when your account is set up that way, so billing on real time does not mean abandoning your billing rules.
  • A "No bundle" choice. Accounts that prefer overlapping events billed independently can now say so explicitly with a new No bundle option in overlap billing settings.

Small but felt

  • A nicer writing surface: text editors across the Control Center picked up a cleaner, modern toolbar.
  • Forms in order: the "Show vendor invoice" option moved to a more logical place in the form.
  • Buttons behave: platform buttons wrap and size themselves more gracefully on narrow screens.

In the works

The Vendor Center we previewed last week, one home for interpreter records: time off, skills, exclusion lists, and on-site rates, has reached its final round of testing: our team is now exercising it in the production environment under close supervision, the last step before it opens up to accounts. We will introduce it properly when it does.

Behind the scenes, the foundation for the compliance center we announced is being laid piece by piece: the parts that will track what each person must have on file, who has it, what is missing, and the documents behind it are taking shape. The rebuilt Control Center continues its march screen by screen, and a fresh round of work to make the platform respond faster is under way. More on each as they land.
