QuickBooks Classes, and Team Settings in One Click
Custom QuickBooks classes now flow onto invoices and vendor bills, missing QuickBooks items fail loudly instead of silently, and admins can copy settings to the whole staff.
More depth for QuickBooks users, and a big time-saver for administrators.
Classes, your way
Flow Platform now supports custom QuickBooks classes on synced invoices and vendor bills. Classes are the labels accountants use in QuickBooks to sort income and spending by category, for example by language or by line of business. If your firm uses them, the right class now travels with each transaction into QuickBooks automatically.
Silent failures, no more
When QuickBooks is missing a product or service that a sync needs, the platform now surfaces a clear error naming what is missing, instead of quietly skipping the line. You fix the item once and re-sync.
Set up one person, apply to everyone
A new copy settings to staff action lets administrators take one person’s well-tuned settings and apply them across the whole team in one confirmed step. Onboarding a new batch of schedulers just got dramatically shorter.
For translation power users
The Translation Center context menu now accepts corrected translation file uploads directly, streamlining the round trip with external reviewers.
