One-Click Class Sync and Confirmations That Say What They Mean

This week rounds out the QuickBooks class work we introduced last week, and makes several everyday conversations with the platform clearer.

Pull your classes from QuickBooks

QuickBooks classes are labels used to classify transactions in QuickBooks, so your reports there can slice income and spending by category. Flow Platform is uniquely designed to apply classes to whole transactions and to individual transaction items, for example each line of an invoice. You can use your standard class list, or switch to using your services (your languages) as classes, which makes your QuickBooks reports more intelligent and focused: revenue by language, at a glance.

This week, connecting the two systems became one click. A new sync classes action imports your existing QuickBooks class list straight into Flow Platform: nothing to retype, and no risk of a typo quietly splitting one class into two. Classes that exist on one side but not the other are matched up for you, and the imported list arrives sorted and ready to assign.

Confirmations in plain language

Declining an event now presents a confirmation that names the event clearly, using the same labels your account uses everywhere else, so the person clicking knows exactly what they are declining before it happens. This matters most on a busy screen: when three similar assignments sit side by side, a confirmation that spells out which one is about to be declined keeps the wrong click from becoming the wrong outcome. Several other messages across event management received the same plain-language treatment.

Review Center clarity

Changing Review Center settings used to leave a little doubt about who a change would affect. The settings dialog now states exactly which users a change applies to, so you can adjust with confidence. And when you need a second setup similar to one you already have, a new copy button duplicates it as a starting point, so you tweak the differences instead of rebuilding from scratch.
