Learn Flow Platform Without Leaving Flow Platform
The Training Center arrives: role-aware video tutorials plus the complete written guides for Flow Platform modules, structured and centralized, so teams train faster, new features land with their guides, and new subscribers onboard in minutes.
Say hello to the Flow Training Center, a full learning home built right into Flow Platform.
The Flow Training Center is live
Flow Platform now includes a Training Center: a built-in library of video tutorials covering the platform's day-to-day workflows. The library is role-aware, so interpreters, schedulers, and administrators each see the material relevant to them, and videos play right in the platform in a clean viewer.

Every module, explained in writing
This is more than help videos. The Training Center also carries the complete written guides for Flow Platform modules, gathered in one structured place. Guides are organized by module and category so you can navigate straight to the subject you need, each one shows its reading time up front, and the same role awareness applies: staff can browse the full library, while interpreters see the guides that concern their work. Instead of knowledge living in scattered emails, attachments, and memory, the answer to "how does this screen work" now has one permanent address.
Why this matters
Two kinds of training get easier at once. General training: a new scheduler or interpreter can ramp up where the work actually happens, reading and watching in the same place they will do the job. New-feature training: when we ship something new, its guide lands in the Training Center, so your team learns the feature the week it arrives instead of discovering it by accident.
It also helps platform adoption. New subscribers onboard faster when the core questions, how do I schedule an event, where do invoices live, what does this status mean, are answered in minutes, right inside the platform. The guides handle the everyday questions; our Help Desk remains one click away for everything they do not.
Quietly faster
Also this week: images across the platform moved to a lighter format so pages load quicker, and behind the scenes we kept working on the speed of the billing and scheduling screens.
