Invoice Terms Reach QuickBooks, and Translation Gets More Hands-On
Customer syncs now carry invoice terms and cell phones into QuickBooks, and the Translation Center adds direct file uploads and per-document linguist assignment.
Two threads this week: finishing touches on customer syncing, and more control in the Translation Center.
QuickBooks customers, complete
Customer records syncing to QuickBooks Online now carry invoice terms, so payment terms in QuickBooks match what you agreed on the platform, and cell phone numbers, completing the contact picture. Billing detail fields were also added to event processing, giving invoices richer source data.
Translation, with your hands on the wheel
The Translation Center picked up two workflow upgrades: documents can be uploaded directly into a translation request, and each document can be assigned to a specific linguist for human validation, the step where a person reviews and approves the machine’s translation. Teams managing certified translations get exact control over who reviews what.
Labels that match your account
Payment screens now use your account's own terminology in titles and labels, one more step toward the platform speaking your language everywhere.
