Platform Updates

Confirm or Dispute Invoices Online, and a Much Faster On the Spot!

Customers can now confirm or dispute invoices on the platform with full tracking, the On the Spot! schedule loads dramatically faster, and stage times record in event-local time.

A substantial week on both the customer side and the interpreter side.

Invoices: confirm it or question it, right there

Customers can now act on an invoice directly on Flow Platform: confirm it to signal approval, or dispute it to raise a question, each through a guided dialog. Every confirmation and dispute is tracked with who acted and when, and a dispute takes priority in the invoice's status so open questions are impossible to miss. Billing conversations that used to live in email threads now live where the invoice does.

On the Spot!, noticeably faster

The schedule in On the Spot! now loads dramatically faster. We changed how the app gathers your day: instead of asking the server one question per appointment, it now asks once for everything, so interpreters with a packed calendar feel the difference most. The double-booking check got quicker too, and withdrawal reasons now present properly in the app.

Times where the event happens

Check-in and completion times are now recorded in the event's local time zone: an 8:00 AM check-in in Denver is written down as 8:00 AM Denver time, no matter where the person reviewing the paperwork sits.

Collections, with names attached

The collections report, the one your billing team uses to follow up on unpaid invoices, gained four new columns: Event ID, Requested By, Requester Email, and Requester ID. Each line now tells you exactly which appointment it covers and who at the client requested it, with their email right there in the row. Following up used to mean opening the event record just to find a name and address for the reminder; now the report itself is the call sheet.
