Cancellation policy flat fees are now available in the invoice layout
Cancellation fees introduced in cancellation policies can be added to the customer invoices.
Tracking cancelled events and applying fees for large enterprises can be a complex process. Our new option allows you to specify flat charges associated with specific cancellation policies. By utilizing the {apptAdjDescription} template keyword, accounting teams can now automatically include detailed data on invoices.Simply place the keyword anywhere within a line of the invoice template, and it will be replaced by the invoice module with the description of the flat fee.
